For accounting firms and finance teams

Meet your agentic accounting team.

AI agents do the work inside QuickBooks, Xero or NetSuite, from bookkeeping to the month-end close. You review only the exceptions.

Every entry reviewed by a second AI before it posts.

How it works

Agents that do the work, not suggest it.

Each agent owns an accounting job and does it in your tools, the way your team would. Then it hands you the result to review.

  • Connect with QuickBooks, Xero, and NetSuite: the agents use your chart of accounts, policies and thresholds.
  • A second AI recomputes every entry from its source before it posts.
  • Your team starts at review: only the exceptions and the sign-off come to you.

Reconciliation

Reconciles every bank, card and balance sheet account to the GL, with reconciling items explained and support attached.

Tied out

every account, every day

Prepaids and accruals

Keeps every prepaid on its amortization schedule and books the month’s accruals, set to reverse on the first.

On schedule

every prepaid and accrual

Fixed assets

Keeps the fixed asset register, capitalizes what crosses your threshold and posts depreciation with the roll-forward attached.

Capitalized

to your policy, however it was coded

Revenue

Builds ASC 606 schedules from your contracts, recognizes revenue each month and ties deferred revenue to the GL.

Recognized

contract by contract, under ASC 606

Close

Runs the close checklist, drafts flux commentary for every account over your thresholds and assembles the close package.

Bookkeeping

Codes every transaction and vendor bill by entity and department, with the support attached.

Intercompany

Matches intercompany balances across your entities at the period’s rates, books the eliminations and ties the consolidation.

Review

A model from a different AI company recomputes every entry from its source and your policies. If the answers differ, it doesn’t post.

Build your own agent

Describe any other workflow in plain words. Zenday sets it up as an agent, with the same second review and thresholds.

Build it with us

Retire the spreadsheets.

Every schedule and reconciliation you rebuild in Excel, rolled forward by agents, tied to the GL and checked by a second AI.

  • Reviewed twice.

A model from a different AI company recomputes each entry from the source document and your policies, without seeing the agent’s work. If the two differ, nothing posts.

  • Held to your thresholds.

Agents start by proposing. As they prove accurate, entries under the threshold you set post once the second AI agrees; anything above it waits for a reviewer, set by entity or by client.

  • Traced to the source.

Every balance links to its entries, its support, both reviews and the approver. Your auditors follow the trail as it happened, not one rebuilt after the fact.

Connect with QuickBooks, Xero, and NetSuite.

No new ERP and nothing to migrate. The agents work in the ledger you already use and connect to your banks, billing, spend and payroll.

What the review finds

The errors busy books let through.

Each comes back as a proposed entry with its support, so you see exactly what would change and why.

  • Prepaids expensed up frontAnnual renewals and policies booked to expense in the month they were paid.
  • Capital purchases expensedEquipment and hardware coded to repairs or supplies instead of the register.
  • Revenue recognized earlyBilled ahead of delivery and booked as earned.
  • Accruals never bookedServices received in the month with no bill yet, and nothing accrued.
  • Unreconciled differencesSmall gaps carried from month to month and never cleared.

Questions controllers and firms ask first.

What is agentic accounting?

Accounting work done by AI agents that carry each job from start to finish, rather than software that suggests an entry and waits. Zenday’s agents code transactions, reconcile accounts, roll forward schedules, book accruals, recognize revenue and prepare reporting and the close. Your team reviews the exceptions and signs off.

What can Zenday’s AI agents do?

The accounting itself, end to end. They code transactions and bills, reconcile accounts, roll forward schedules, book accruals, recognize revenue under ASC 606, eliminate intercompany balances and draft flux and reporting. For anything else, you can build your own agent.

Does Zenday replace my accounting team?

No. It moves your team from preparing to reviewing. The agents prepare the reconciliations, schedules and entries; your accountants and controller review the exceptions and sign off. Firms use it to take on more clients with the staff they have.

What posts without approval?

You decide, by entity or by client. Agents start by proposing everything. As they prove accurate, entries under the threshold you set post once the second AI agrees. Anything above it, or anything the two models disagree on, waits for a reviewer.

How is Zenday different from the AI in my accounting software?

That AI suggests a coding and waits for someone to accept it. Zenday’s agents do whole jobs end to end, from coding and reconciliations to schedules, revenue and reporting, and a second model, from a different AI company, recomputes every entry from its source before it posts.

Does Zenday replace QuickBooks, Xero or NetSuite?

No. The agents work inside them, each entry syncs back with its support, and your team works in the ledger as always. There’s no new ERP to implement. If you’d rather not run a separate ledger, Zenday has its own.

Does Zenday work for accounting firms and CAS teams?

Yes. Agents do each client’s accounting, from bookkeeping to the close, to your firm’s policies and review standards, in the client’s own QuickBooks, Xero or NetSuite. Your staff review the exceptions and sign off, so the firm takes on more clients without hiring.

What does it cost?

One flat price per company. No per-transaction fees, no per-seat fees, no setup project. Firms pay per client, with volume tiers. The 12-month review is free, and you get your price on a call about your books.

Is our data used to train models for other customers?

Models learn from de-identified outcomes under your agreement. One company’s records never appear in another’s answers. A shared pattern, like how a vendor is usually coded, is used only once twenty or more companies agree.

Can we build our own agent?

Yes. Describe the workflow in plain words, like allocating shared rent and software across departments each month, and Zenday sets it up as an agent, with the same second review and thresholds as the others.
