Our strategic intent is to help businesses achieve transparency
on the issue of workplace harassment and corporate wellness. We believe that by
providing objective data on the detection and definition of bullies and their behaviour,
we can provide a route map for a bullying individual’s developmental change and
a bullying culture’s transition. We do not believe that the issue can be dealt with
by targeting the people who are bullied. It is the cause that needs addressing,
not the symptom. We tackle the bullies head on. We provide a fresh framework for
corporate culture and embed good behaviour in the induction, job planning, reward
and disciplinary processes.
